So an 'electronic' robot to take care of physical 'paperwork'? How ancient. 

Get all those tree-hating papers digitised, speed up everything, in hospitals, Immigration, in fact ALL offices everywhere.

But make sure it is all backed up TWICE, once on physical medium and again in the Cloud.
