So everything revolves around Bangkok? The authorities would do well to take all the Vigo style trucks off the road that emit pollutants all day and everyday. The heavy trucks fair no better. This is the easiest way of cleaning up without ambitious plans to spend shed loads of cash, unless there are other reasons to embark on vanity projects
