Officials have not revealed whether Waralee was under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the accident. The charges issued against Waralee were not reported by the poilce as well.

Well...I wonder why?

There just may be a reason - alcohol test not yet returned by hospital? On the other hand, she might have a ready supply of brown envelopes that she carries with her...

Regardless, driving when she has acknowledged she 'felt sleepy' anywhere else would be classed as negligent driving and in this incident, causing death. Dragging a motorcycle about 100 metres down the road also indicates she could not function properly - not sleepiness, but diminished responsibility - alcohol or drugs?

Even so, she deserves a fair trial... before going to jail.

Maybe she offered to entertain the police officers in her underwear at the upcoming policeman's Christmas party?
