This is a major concern and I think some degree of complacency has set in over HIV, especially compared with 20 or so years ago. The up and coming generation are at risk because they haven’t had the principles of prevention impressed upon them in the way the generation before did.

What happend to all those distribution of Free condoms? I understand that Thais who are below certain age can get free condom for personal use. May be they should reduce that age limit to teenagers also so that they can get free condoms to use. No point in teaching them sex education and awareness without providing the necessary tools to use.
