Let's fix the headline British drink driver involved in late night road accident because he was off his box.

I wouldn't be to worried about him but he could have easily hit an innocent Thai on a motorbike. 

60 years old and still no common sense.

That's going to cost him extra large.

Loss of an expensive vehicle.

Damage to public property. 

Driving under influence. 

Let's hope he has insurance

Coming from United Kingdom it is illegal to drink and drive therefore the British man was wrong to drive but we need to have harsher penalties to deter people from driving when under the influence of alcohol to save lives

I agree, they should spend some time in a Thai Jail. Unfortunately, it is endemic in the expat community, who should know better
