Every person who buys a sim card have his ID or passport details recorded and a picture of him/her taken as the registration process. What are they mentioning here about registration?

Every one of your posts is completely different than the reality I've experienced 

 

I've got many SIM cards and never once was photographed, never the 100's buying along side me photographed

 

Passports yes

 

 

Also I just did the E-Sim and no real identification provided online
