Like the red card, but Phuket has immigration laws independent if Thai immigration now?

Learning Thai language lol. The foreign kids have to learn a little bit of mandatory Thai culture and that's it. This just encourages an abuse of immigration by putting a kid in a cheap school so both parents can now stay. This isn't to the benefit of the children. Seems more of a way to encourage abuse of parenting responsibilities to me. This is a money grab by the stakeholders just like a Muai Thai visa is.
