What answers do they expect? The baby had been diagnosed with a heart condition and the dirt poor parents sought no treatment. This is sad and also possible manslaughter.

Youngsters dying is always a sad tragedy.

Next door to us, the lady's four year old son died through drowning at their farm a few years back. She never got over it and blamed herself. She herself died 2 years ago.

Very sad all round.
