I guess at the tender age of nine her lungs wouldn’t be fully formed? Then inhaling god knows what in the e-cigarette, some have been proven to be dangerous, it has tragically damaged her lungs. Let’s face facts breathing in any smoke directly into your lungs isn’t a good idea, they simply didn’t evolve to cope with foreign substances invading them, of course regular smokers will probably disagree as they cough and cough and cough….

You demonstrate the follies of reciting what you read on the internet.

Yes, the lungs are fully formed at approx.  35-37 weeks, so what? They are also the last vital organ to develop.

The liver is fully formed by week 34-36 and the kidneys by weeks 35-36.  The defining characteristic is that they are growing and expanding, not that they are fully formed. Vaping damages the lung tissue such that the damaged tissue is unable to grow properly because of scar tissue and damaged air sac capillaries.
