I have to agree totally. This dirt bag should be 6ft under. A warning shot between the eyes. He already ruined 2 people's lives (That we know of... could be more) . He has no right to be treated as a human. -

News Forum - Thai man arrested in Rayong for alleged rape of 13 year old girl
"Further investigation into Panomporn’s background revealed an extensive criminal history. He was previously convicted for gang-raping a 15 year old girl and served an 18-year sentence at Phitsanulok Special Prison. He was released in February 2020 but did not reform, as he repeated similar offences." When are they ever going to learn that these paedophiles NEVER reform. Either lock them up forever or better still end their lives!- 1
