So, how far away from the longtail did he "loose control", before he "tumbled" into the water?

Last time I drove a jet ski, WITH the kill key attached to my wrist, that jet ski very quickly lost its speed.

So, either he did not use the kill key, or he jumped of the jet ski just before it hit the boat!

BOTH makes him responsible in full, I`d say!

I thought only the Thai roads are bad. Thai waters are equally unsafe.
