Just can't understand the narratives.....the pick-up was overturned into a ditch filled with rain water. The officer receive alert and went to the site to access the situation. A crane was used to pull out. Rescue workers pulled them out and perform CPR but cannot save all the occupants. Wondering how long they were submerged in the water? For  sure at least a couple of hours. The occupants are already dead. if not mistaken. It is only the verification is needed for the pulse and breathing. No point in performing CPR. Are they trying to get some credit here?
