When pollution issues are never rectified then we shouldn't expect any positive change. The old diesel metropolitan buses and trucks continue to pollute unabated, as do the utilities. Can't wait till burn off starts so that all of the blame for poor air pollution can be apportioned to burn offs.  Chadchart Sittipunt promised positive change in the Bangkok Metro area and he has achieved nothing.
