Easy fix; China can't provide as per contract, cancel contract and buy elsewhere. Pretty sure France is hanging out for buyers for conventional/AIP submarines. Given the small area of sea/ocean available to Thailand and its shallow depth, one has to wonder why they need subs at all, except as big boys' toys...

Puppet Smiley is wasting too much tax money galavanting around in the name of doing something that will probably never amount to anything except PR turning negative. The 10,000 baht giveaway is an eventual suffocation of an economy worse than it is now. Best used to help people in real need and in need infrastructure, not buy votes. And this should never ever be allowed on politics as is essentially a bribe.
