The digital wallet has nothing to do with trying to incentivise the economy . It is only a tool for the introduction and acceptance of a financial reset where cash money is cancelled out and government controlled digital "currency" will be the only "tender" allowed. Thus depriving us of the last bit of freedom we have left.
