I hope, they will catch the driver, but:

3 on an moto is illegal

Driving without helmets is illegal

Flip flops and tshirt, thin pants is your own risk

Normally, the police would have to fine the family for the first 2 things, I wrote.

At least because of the "100% helmets" campaigns, methinks.

Fleeing the scene of an accident that you caused by speeding without checking on the victims is on par with manslaughter in my book. Not really comparable to your complaints.

I hope they catch the driver but doubt the RTP will bother too much unless he/she gives themselves up. I wonder though if they will have learnt to wear appropriate crash helmets and protective clothing in the future ............... Only kidding of course they won't.
