I'd be happy if AIS  actually answered the phone  at the call center or if it stopped with the forced negative charging on packages that is an illegal practice outside of Thailand.  Users of the  "free" SIM cards should check first if they have the option of stopping internet service easily, without having to visit AIS directly and then having  any amount that was  paid on deposit lost. The forced automatic renewal of packages is nasty.

I looked at the website, seems a bit confusing but I am interested because I saved around 30k baht 2 years ago with their domestic travel promotion for Thais(my wife and stepson)

 

It was amazing
