Lots of Arabs in that Pattaya area.
And Israeli tourists once upon a time in CM used to be banned from a lot of places for their destructive and rude behavior. Most take it were the ones who just git off from their mandatory military stint and coming here still in a - hole mode looking to blow off sone steam. 
This twerp blaming weed is taking it way too far and again publicly vilifies the stuff for where it should not be. 

What happens when you put a Russian and Israeli in a room together? Would be interesting.
