McDonalds has had the kiosk ordering system in place for 2+ years. It has cleaned up order errors and streamlined the  orders. Unfortunately, the delays in  providing the already prepared processed stuff to customers remain.  BK has smaller outlets and  a similar staffing shortage problem to  McDonalds and desperately needs to move to the kiosk ordering system.

BK will go bankrupt in Thailand an no longer exist

 

I have said before they have obvious made an expansion in Thailand but its is extremely expensive in Thailand(in Western $$ terms, let alone Thai terms)

 

And they have expanded into all these areas where a huge % of people make 500baht/day

 

 

As an aside

A huge BK franchiser in US sold off around 80 or so BK's 

I was shocked to see the price of around $300-400kusd

Burger King Thailand digital needs to cleanup its act.  On multiple occasions I tried to communicate with them about issues that came up.  They never follow through and never resolved anything.  They claim to provide free wifi.  To access free wifi you need to have an existing connection to the internet.

 

They provide various promotions but sometimes the option to access the coupon is greyed out.  One time the store manager contacted their home office by phone and allowed Me to speak to them.  They promised to get back to Me via Facebook and email.  They did not keep their promise.
