Stupid employment rules abound, a generation that doesn't want to work, WFH obsessed work shy work forces, idiocy in universities, too concerned with imaginary discrimination than with learning, liberal wxxe idiocy, and an all about me me me attitude.   Is it any wonder?  Loved the HR burnout. what in heavens name have they to get burnt out about.  They are often the problem, not the solution.

My thoughts as well - having provided IT support to HR departments in the past, as with so many functions these days, it was a case of while the regional HR people were generally busy as they had to get their hands dirty and deal with actual issues with actual people, with the central departments it was very much a case of "just what do you do all day, not a lot by the look of it".
