The remarkable thing is, this time it's a homosexual being called a paedophile. Something that's normally not allowed, though the only, actual push for literal paedophilia, is NAMBLA sorts, ie. politicised gay men.

Where there is no feminism, does anyone obsees about paedophiles? Why use the word paedophile in a story, or its headline, where no paedophilia is actually in the story? 

There are two types of people, take concern about paedophilia in two directions, 1) beyond prepubescent, and 2) beyond actual sexual contact. (For example, 'online sexual abuse', and fear of child porn,even as  cartoons.) 

Prior to about 2000, there was much less paranoia of this kind, though a lot of it goes back to the 70s. But there were previously strong social/political counterweights, coming from various quarters.

The two types of people, are feminists and edgelords/incels. Much as feminists subverted left wing anger into an impotent direction, and married itself to late capitalism; so too do 'right wing' edgelords, curiously converge upon feminist social mores. The younger ones grew up, internalising them, and take them for granted, sometimes to invert them. Older people have no such excuse. 

I notice two very common targets, when people go for paedophile, are the Catholic Church, and Islam. Two bulwarks against actual perversion, at least where it matters - in people's faces. For centuries, the Church was Western civilization - not Capitalism or America, or 'freedom'. Islam is mainly detested for being uncomfortably like Christianity. They can't bowdlerise those darkies, like they can Buddhism or Hinduism.

Well, why not certain other targets, no? It's like 'credit to your race' blacks, like Bill Cosby, are accused of raping white women. Not the ones involved in misogynistic pop culture, which antiracism will always shield. "Listen and believe!"

Amazing how a bit of history, and sociology, puts these news stories into perspective.

Instead of assuming, stick to the established fact. The image of the child is  big tip off. He is of slight build. Not every child  experiences puberty at 15. The Hmong people have a  higher degree of malnutrition, which is a reflection of their marginalized position in Thailand. It s more likely that this child was selected because he was vulnerable; Of slight build, small for his age and perhaps intellectually slow. Hmong are not known for being hairy people and even when post pubescent, adolescents still have boyish features.

I'm not condoning kidnapping or anything, but the headline of this article paints an unrealistic picture of pedophilia. Pedophilia is simply an attraction to pubescents 11 and below and nothing more. There are terms for attractions to other age ranges as well:

Chronophilia | preferred age range |  prevalence

Show any straight guy a picture of 10 young teen women, some 18+ and some under those ages all in the same picture without telling them the ages, and ask them if they find them attractive. Most of them do and never think any are under 18. Any guy if they were honest if asked to answer the same question would likely not suspect any are underage either. Guys are appalled by the idea of expressing interest in a 17 YO teen, but the very second she turns 18 they all change their minds. If the maximum age of consent was 16 worldwide I imagine the same would apply (Currently the age of consent is 16 in 31 US states). They would not be interested in the 15 YO, but the very second she turns 16 they would be. Barely legal is one of the most popular porn categories right now, so if the 'barely legal' age was 15 there is no doubt it would still be just as popular. The age of consent actually was around 10-12 literally everywhere for all of human history until 1975 and still is many countries without society falling at the seams and any guy complaining about it. If they weren't attracted to those ages I imagine the age of consent would have been raised long ago.

There's a website named 9gag with a picture of two twin adolescents both around the age of 13, one with long straight light-brown hair and another with a small short black braided ponytail in a Taekwondo school posing in a picture with their groins and feet against each other. I would compare it to a double banana split in the air. 90% of the comments on it are are by guys and sexual in nature with thousands of upvotes. Go to 9gag and search for twins; see the first result.

If these percentages are true, and based on what I have deduced here, everyone is a 'pedophile' and the denial of these attractions could be one of the biggest hypocrisies' of all time.

The percentages and deeper inquiry into the romantic nature of these attractions also implies that if only hebephiles are accounted 80 million parents in the US alone have a child whose sexuality, their core fundamental and immutable design, is not only criminalized, but is openly hated at about the same level as Jews in Nazi Germany. Obviously, you don't have to look far beyond general public discourse and sentiment on this subject to know this. What's really telling is if someone is only suspected of having digital pictures on their computer, they are dragged out into the street and stoned alive by their neighbors (otherwise normal people) regardless of whether they are guilty or not. And those who really thinks about the degree of hysterical behavior that comes out of just about anyone as soon as this topic is raised, will see that it's often disproportionate when compared to other social issues or crimes. When a person is charged with mass murder they are innocent until proven guilty. Anyway, if we wanted to be conservative we could cut that 20% in half and say that 50% of them are not seriously affected by modern consent laws, that still leaves 20 million men in the US alone. That's a lot of people who are being ostracized simply for having attractions.

Paedophilia is defined using the age of 13. When I asked Ray Blanchard about this, it was intended to refer to Tanner Stage 3. Only atypical adults are attracted to children, or young people who appear to be children.

Whereas at Tanner Stage 3, the appearance of the adolescent is mature enough, for images of adolescent faces to be recognised as adult.

Ephebophilia is just normal, teleiophilic attraction. Hebephilia is an artifact with no validity, because adults are either attracted to maturity or to immaturity.

You contrast 12/13 year olds with 18+ year olds. Is there any difference? Looking back to school days, the pressure was to be adult, even in year 7. (Ages 11-12) But for obvious reasons, they still get treated a bit like kids.

I remember at 14, the year 7s looked and acted like kids. Year 8s were mixed, some looked like kids, others didn't. But in year 8, the expectation, is already of adult behavioral standards. Most obviously, if they say the wrong thing, they likely get hit like any other adult.

I think you are a classic example of the Dunning Kriger effect -  a cognitive bias in which people believe they are smarter and more capable than they are. There's a website named 9gag with a picture of two twin adolescents both around the age of 13, one with long straight light-brown hair and another with a small short black braided ponytail in a Taekwondo school posing in a picture with their groins and feet against each other. I would compare it to a double banana split in the air. 90% of the comments on it are are by guys and sexual in nature with thousands of upvotes. Go to 9gag and search for twins; see the first result.

If these percentages are true, and based on what I have deduced here, everyone is a 'pedophile' and the denial of these attractions could be one of the biggest hypocrisies' of all time.

The percentages and deeper inquiry into the romantic nature of these attractions also implies that if only hebephiles are accounted 80 million parents in the US alone have a child whose sexuality, their core fundamental and immutable design, is not only criminalized, but is openly hated at about the same level as Jews in Nazi Germany. Obviously, you don't have to look far beyond general public discourse and sentiment on this subject to know this. What's really telling is if someone is only suspected of having digital pictures on their computer, they are dragged out into the street and stoned alive by their neighbors (otherwise normal people) regardless of whether they are guilty or not. And those who really thinks about the degree of hysterical behavior that comes out of just about anyone as soon as this topic is raised, will see that it's often disproportionate when compared to other social issues or crimes. When a person is charged with mass murder they are innocent until proven guilty. Anyway, if we wanted to be conservative we could cut that 20% in half and say that 50% of them are not seriously affected by modern consent laws, that still leaves 20 million men in the US alone. That's a lot of people who are being ostracized simply for having attractions.

You cant change the times, meaning of words change in common usage and pedophilia is meaning sex crimes on underage regardless of the Tanner stage of development, 

It comes of as defending the Nonces, on all these posts. Others defend hebephilia and ephebolphilia with Thai women routinely using deflection and whataboutism. Truth is they would get on with high school girls if they thought they could get away with it.,
