Let them both be. Just make sure age limit and one complies to the basic rules. This only seems to stink of a Thaskin ordering move. Since he is back that guy is going to ruin Thailand at light speed, faster that you can say whiplash. Nothing good will come form him and his party and it is already showing.

Age limits are always ignored, not least they are petty, as well as arbitrary. If adults don't want youth doing something, they should not provide examples, only to be imitated.

Really no drug matters. It's wether they lead to social degeneracy. This is not a moral preference, but a pragmatic one. Social changes are decay, if and when their costs exceed their benefits.
