What a wonderful stupid suggestion by the cabin crew. Vomitting out swallowed glass fragments. How can be they sure that the glass fragments will come out? Even if it happens by miracle, what about the damage is could cause to the inner layer of Esophagus? Are they thiking that it is some sort of action in the circus or street magic?
