For those of you who still have to commute to and work in Bangkok, what are you doing during your commute and time at work to prevent catching COVID-19?

Yes my company requires all employees to continue to work in Bangkok. 
 

Work From Home is only for state employees but “encouraged” for private sector workers. 
 

I’m “expected” to be vaccinated in Q4 so I got three months (at least) to try and not get Covid. 
 

just curious if there is anything else I can do and try to prevent this.

talk with your employer? It's better for your and there safety and perhaps this is seen as a valid point but maybe not.... you'll figure that one out, the forum won't be providing guidelines or anything.
