Understandable

Quite simple, really, to anyone with a half a brain and not concentrating on a text message or other distraction - proceed with caution and give way to the left. Why the left when it is give way to the right at round-a-bouts... I just shake my head in wonder.

The same can be said for green lights with a green right-turn arrow. Why, you might wonder? because the oncoming traffic also has the same signal. Anyone unfamiliar with the area and traffic flow would automatically assume they had right-of-way and be subject to a bit of vehicle modification given the ratbag way some drivers take to the roads.
