Again why are they transwomen? I'm not going to repeat in detail, why kathoey doesn't mean trans, more like eunuch or intersex. Rather if its not relevant to the story, it's a woman, or a man, depending on the feeling you want to convey. There is no sense tomentuoning it in this context. It's like pointing out someone is gay, if the story isn't about gayness.
