With tourism almost back to pre pandemic levels I see the Bangkok-Pattaya route still has one train a day in each direction in coaches with no air conditioning that ambles along at about 50 kph. Of course there’s a new high speed inter-airport link that’s been talked about for years but construction hasn’t even begun yet so that’s 5 years away at least.
