The digital wallet initiative....... buying the voters using their own previously paid taxes.

Maybe if the party who won the election was in power, they wouldn't feel the need to appease the disgruntled masses.

Most as I see it do not pay taxes straight out from their earnings. It comes from them buying goods, vehicle registration, insurance, petrol, electricity and water also has 7% VAT,and everything else in the sky with sales tax. Buying off the general public is how these honest elected officials do it, and then when new elections come around then that is a new story.   

I don't think appeasing the shafted voters is their concern or care.  That is more like keeping the boot on the neck and scare tactics.
