Push-back with Lazada and Shopee -- successful.

I've started pushing back against aggravation from "customer service".  Results have been mostly successful -- they back-down and I get what I need.

Getting credit vouchers for un-delivered products is especially annoying.  They "require" scans of passport and bank account passbook.  There is no way that I will send that to strangers on the Internet.  So, I reply, "No!  I won't send that to you, ever!"  And, I'm happy to report they stop demanding and go ahead to process the refund voucher.

If you're having problems with Laz and Shopee, I suggest "pushing back" to get the result you want.
