I assume, the search is "mainly" for people with the universal blood group, O-.

And not really for A-, B- or AB-

Which I think, should be "a bit" more precise, in such publications!

Since only O- is usable for all the A , B, AB and O blood groups, it is the " golden standard".

And just 7% (worldwide) have it, in the Thai population even a lot less. 

Phuket has a higher demand of it, since Phuket has a high population of non-Thai people.

Anyway, since blood has a strict "best by date", so refilling needs to be done every week, if blood, every month, if serum or plasma.

And in my culture, O- people know about.

If they wanna donate, they most likely are doing so,  regulary.

If they don`t, they wont!
