Reminds me of the people who complained about mold in their Capri Suns drink pouches.  If you're buying something because of some misguided 'all natural-no preservatives-fresh-no pesticides-unpasteurized-etc.' ideology, don't be surprised when your food contains things that might have been eliminated by a bit of preservatives or pasteurization.

Rubbish. In a country like the UK, food standards are comparably high either way.

But we're not in the UK, are we?  We're in a tropical country where the insect populations innumerable and ravenous. The heat and humidity combine to prematurely degrade foodstuffs.  Here, I have to keep opened packages in the fridge if I don't want an army of ants to colonize them overnight.  I never had to worry about that back in the states.

Except that there is no reference to the product in question being a ‘natural’ product. Ingesting food that has been cleaned properly is of greater concern. Particularly when it comes to parasites.

If the worms liked the jelly, it means that the company did not add any preservatives to the jelly. A woman should appreciate a manufacturer who sells a healthy product. 😆
