Powerful local politician or not, this kid needs to learn that entitlement ends when you are at fault. Bring the father (or mother) into the mix and show them the damage with the media present and see how they react.

My stepson hangs around with kids at University from pretty wealthy Thai families

 

Almost all of them are dsyfunctional. Kids losing 100's-millions gambling, parents never around.

Just totally warped...............
