Well, if one looks back of how and who brought this inot Thailand, then one would know that this is protected under the unmentionables. They should be happy with a fine and a slap on the wrist as this is potentially a dangerous current to swim in

It was a theme Thai adult girls night out. They thought nothing of it but fun. Like cosplay. And on the otehr point, these girls were forced for many years to where that garb and if like my daughter and son in his suit, did not like it after some time. There was nothing malcious in what they did, sexy yes, but malicius no. But there certainly was something malicious from the whack job hi-ho nut case people who got bent over it.

Actually I stand a bit corrected and am wrong in a way. Just re-read it and it was karoke girls but he theme was for a bithday. So yes it was work related, but a theme for a birthday.
