It is sort of is her family and friends fault because she did let it be known that she was depressed, but then how do you help a person in this state. She asked her sister to come live with her and she called out to her siste to come to her in the day in question, so now her sister has to live with some undeserved guilt. More of the 2 kids being murdered, and yes it is murder.
