HaHa, that made me laugh.  If she can afford a 32 mill RR, she won't care if it gets knocked about or even totaled, just buy another one.

One's gotta wonder how a 21yo Chinese woman can afford a Rolls-Royce. No doubt daddy's money, and now gotta wonder how daddy made his money... maybe it's a case of her not wanting to draw further attention rather than kindness? pure speculation of course.

Mighty noble of her. You hit someone up the arse, you’re automatically in the wrong- at least where I come from.

Under 'normal' circumstances yes but since the fraudsters created 'crash for cash', insurance investigators search for evidence.

In Malta, some time ago, I was hit from behind while stationary at a junction, just about to turn into crossing traffic.  I was charged for being 'too close to the car behind' !! Go figure that one out.

Plus there are capital controls in China limiting foreign exchange transfers to $50,000 a year. The "display of forgiveness", "benevolence" and "kindness" amount to a joke of the week.

If it was the other way around the pick up driver would have faked whiplash, the passengers would have faked emotional damage and they would have looked at the RR driver as a ATM for them to get out of work for a few days -  much like motorbike drivers even when they are wrong.
