Poor child,doesnt have toys it likes

Question, after touching so many of these chemical mosquito stuff, how dangerous is leaking his fingers?

While the photo of the child is blurred, I can't help but notice a blurry blue thing over the lower part of his face, which looks like a mask.

Why are Thai children playing at home while wearing masks? This is beyond absurd.
