I can’t imagine anyone falling for a scam involving a picture, not a face-to-face video conversation, but a picture and donating that “amount” to fraudsters.  I can’t !

Met a girl in Hua Hin that tried to get me to open a few accounts for people.

Showed me her bank book accounts that seemingly cleaned millions of baht in weeks.

Strange - haven't seen her for a long time now. I don't wonder why.
