So they are referring to Generals being repostitioned in the annual rank and file swap by Prayut? Pheu Thai is a joke puppeteered by Thaskin which makes the whole scene a complete farce out going or incoming.

Chan O-Cha should be in nothing other than a caretaker role now and unable to make any policy or administrative decisions that will affect the new government. He is only there as to keep the seat warm until the new PM is sworn in then he should be right out of everyone's hair - for good.

OHHH but for the greatness of Thailand and its people he may come out of retirement.  Duty etc etc.

They are never gone until they have a trip to their local Wat and they finally get a bit of fire under their rear. 😃

Yeah, and in other countries it seems defeating the purpose of trying to march forward when their feet are repeatedly up the others rearend.
