Well, I'm gob smacked (not), corrupt police, army and no doubt local government all failed to act when a fireworks factory was built, regularly supplied and then exported their goods through a restricted residential area.

Endemic corruption as we all expected, just another day with no real consequences for the guilty.

Hope all the people who lost their homes and the village can sue the RTP and RTA for their loss.
These people who lost so much won't get any money from the 2 who owned the warehouse if they come back to Thailand.

They will not get anywhere.  The RTP were not responsible for the explosion, although they appear to have been implicated in some way, ignoring lack of licensing for example, but  good luck proving that in Court.

Those two will be safely housed with their smuggling cohort in Malaysia. Good luck firstly trying to find them, and then extradition them.

How wonderful to see such high-ranking police 'transferred' because of corruption. Big Joke is trying to weed these filth out of the system, but it seems one man against a corrupt organisation. Good luck to him.

Where law enforcement is rife with corruption, the buck stops with the minister of police.

And just how did he get rich?

Business as usual, where corruption is the norm and not the exception. Smuggling, human trafficking and death. Well done.

Move Forward Party (MFP) MP Wiroj Lakkhanaadisorn stepped forward to expose the corruption within the RTP that may have played a role in the firework warehouse explosion at Muno Market in the Sungai Kolok district of the southern province of Narathiwas."

So the truth is that 'Big Joke' has been FORCED to admit to corruption within the RTP by an MP NOT by any work by himself or any of his supposed 'anti corruption' task forces. The truth is that had they not been publicly exposed 'Big Joke' would have been quite happy with it swept under the carpet along with the rest of the endemic corruption that runs through every aspect of Thai society from Central Government down.

I fully believe that, for whatever personal reasons, Big Joke is doing this for the betterment of Thailand through weeding out the corruption within RTP.
