It is ok. Just call them and give them a stern 1st waring this time. If they repeat then call them and give them stern 2nd warning. And if they keep repeating again and again, just call them and keep giving them stern warning until they grew up and realize their mistake or there is nothing left for vandalizing. After all all those adults now have gone through such scenarios when they are young. Just let them enjoy and make sure no tourists are around to hinder their enjoyment.

I hate graffiti. Spray paint their bodies and their faces and their bikes and parents vehicles and homes and see how they like it. As for ruining the foilage and trees, how about a caning?

Parents do their children no favor when they give them money instead of requiring them to get jobs and learn responsibility.
