For others, the advice is clear: obtain a tax identification number and file a return by March 2025. This is totally untrue. These people are just looking for business. Their advice is deeply flawed. Each individual needs to take their own advice. There is no rule that fits all, as the law has not changed, or been amended. I suggest that Members see the Integrity Legal U Tube posts and listen to Ben Heart, to get a true balanced appreciation of the present situation. So they have got his 'girlfriend' and "Registered under a foreign national’s name, the bike is believed to have been rented." Shouldn't be too hard to find even for the Pattaya keystone Cops!
