Very obvious. They were carrying the hemet. Not wearing it. I wonder how do they teach riding motorcycle in their driving schools and how is the theory and practical test conducted to validate the competency of the rider before issuing him/her the riding licence?

This is a daily occurrence and up country riding stupidity is even worse than in Bangkok. How many more young people need to die or be maimed before they wake up to their childish behavior in regards to road safety and the adults are no better.
