Diameter was about 6-7cm? Im not a math wizz but wouldn't that make the circumference about 22cm? That seems he would have to be literally hung like a horse?

The reporte might have been wrongy translated. I am sure it is the circumference and not diameter

Either way if the circumference is 6-7 cm then that just about goes tightly around my index finger and my hands are not gigantic as I am only 5'10" or 177cm. So if the circumference is 6-7cm then it is equivalent to a very small doggie sausage.. Either this guy is well hung or this guy is lacking.

He had used the wrong ring which is metal. He should have used the O-ring which is rubber

Well Rubber-O rings are used as mechanical seal in hydraulic machines. They are more flexible toward the movement of the mechanical parts and pistons preventing the leakage of lubricants from the system....Same priniciple applies....I think...
