That happens when you don't have premium economy and sell the first row of seats in economy 100 € per traject more expensive. Those seats often stay empty while the seats inn the other rows are fully booked. You will always see somebody trying to find more space in the front row.
Nearly every trip the hostesses have to remove passengers from that row.

Why is that such drama and soap operas are regularly happening in Thai Airways?

Read up on some of the crap happening on domestic airlines in USA. Near daily problem passengers.

Thai pax are not morbidly obese to the same extent as German pax, so the need for more room isn't there. Foreign pax will  fly the LH group because the airfares are cheaper especially Lufthansa. Thais prefer TG because of the Thai service. Airlines provide the quality of service pax are willing to pay for. LH group  charges for seat selection, even in  J class (e.g. 250 euro for single seat on A side for LX or OS flights). There is also some self entitled person who thinks he can get a better seat without paying. These are the people who buy the lowest  fare and then expect people who paid for seat selection to swap with them so that they can sit with a "friend".

Because Thais are almost always slim and short. Compared to the "unruly passengers".

On an other airline, some have "bouncers" as chef steward, they would have restrained the guy and landed somewhere, to get rid of him.

Now he is in the paradise for criminals, in Germany! Not much to expect for him, there!

Watch US news and that from other countries - these inconsiderate and dangerous passengers appear on flights with many other airlines too.

If Thai wants to fly Thai pax only, good luck to them. I wonder how long they will survive financially.
And everybody loves a bit of extra room on a flight of more than 11 hours.
Nearly all airways are cheaper than Thai since the restart aft covid and Thai's financial troubles.
I first flew Thai in 1991, and must say that service then was above par, excellent. Not any more this days. It is just average.

TG has turned its operations around like other carriers, and has left the horrors of Covid behind. The most recent published financial results speak for themselves; Revenue  41.3B  296.87% increase,  Net income12.51B    485.42% Increase,  Net profit margin    30.3%     197.12% Increase.

These are good results. A closer look at airfares disprove your claim. TG offers  direct flights to Bangkok, and these are typically less expensive than hub to hub flights. TG is offering  competitive airfares from EU in the shortest time frame. Yes, Air India is less costly than TG on the route, but you can enjoy the Air India experience.  TG is competitive with other full service airlines. Its premium cabin is  typically priced competitively and often less than legacy airlines. The space on TG flights is one of the most generous too. It's long haul seats offer 32 or 34  /18 vs Emirates at 32/17, Lufthansa 31or 32/17.

Sure service isn't what it used to be, but it is still way better than EU, Chinese or North American carriers.

I have never liked the cloth fabric TG uses on their seats

It is too coarse and makes the seat too warm

Personally I hope this knob head whatever his nationality gets put on a no fly list at the very least as he is clearly a bullying A.hole. There is no excuse for giving cabin crew grief just for doing their jobs.
