Where is the finger pointing, the vehicle in the article and a close up picture of the tyre tread on the truck? The tread print looks like a brand new tyre, it even left prints of the four rubber extrusion points from the tyre casting mould on each tread block. I don't believe this story one bit.

And therein lies the problem in this country.  It was entirely foreseeable and was due to neglect and incompetence.  It's a miracle that the boy wasn't killed by this idiot.
