Millions of baht for the purchase of the car but wants to scam a few 500 hundred baht fines.

Maybe just a "wanna be" in hock up to his neck. 🤣

Funny how every time the culprit could more than afford to pay the fines but thinks they are above everyone else.

Maybe seize and scrap the vehicle every time would act as a suitable deterrent rather than a ridiculously small fine to a wealthy person ?
