Discared fishing nets have become a big hassel to animals and humans. Just a couple of days back such a discared fishing net cause the ferry to be stranded in the middle of the sea at Koh Chang. May be it is time the authorites forcus on the fishing community to educate them on the proper disposal of their discared fishing nets
