In a recent tragedy,

You are using the word 'tragedy; inaccurately.  This was an entirely avoidable accident, but 'tragedy' is a stretch, to be replaced by 'the almost inevitable result of idiocy'.   Longer than one word, but more accurate.

Well, they have been warned and should know the risks of being a speeding loud obnosious nuisance to the area witout a valid DL, no helmet and uninsured. In this instance karma is a b*tch. The driver of the bike shouldbe the one more messed up though.

This is a normal accident. Nothing to be taken as serious. Anyway will these idots learn from this?  Definitely it would be a big NO. So why bother. They deserve it for the nuisance and havoc that they are causing to common people. He can always replace with wodden or metal leg which would be more safter in his next visit to Phuket.
