Why are golf courses open in dark red zones?

Makes no sense when everything else is closed except essentials.  Does it have anything to do with wealthy Thais and Generals enjoying golf?  People need to make sacrifices across the board so we can get through this mess.

Since when has anybody heard that the wealthy Thais and Generals  make any sacrifices. It is simply me me me me.

They are closed now...at least in Chonburi:-

 

 

All prior closures and items are still in place, you can read about everything previously closed here.

Here are the new changes:

-Close all indoor and outdoor sports stadiums

-Close golf courses, mini-golf, and golf ranges

-Close libraries and book stores

-Close all public parks, gardens, botanical parks (like Nong Nooch)

-Close boxing courts/areas, boxing schools, even if outdoors

-Close all barbers/salons of all types

-Close nail shops

-Close tattoo shops

-Close any and types of competition fields/courts (includes tennis, volleyball, and badminton courts, all places for indoor and outdoor sports are to be closed)

-Close all types of pools, private, public, waterparks, and athletic/competition

-Close museums

-Close Culture centers, learning centers, science centers, art galleries, any sort of similar establishment

-Child development centers, preschools, child care closed

-Dance schools are closed

-Malls/Department stores can only be open for supermarket/medicine/vaccinations. It appears that restaurants in malls cannot open, even for take-away.

-Markets can only sell food, all other items (non-essential) are to be closed.

Who cares if golf courses are open certainly not me, how sad golfers must be having to play with small balls.

gee I wonder if the Army's private golf courses are closed....

Why are bars all open in Ubon? Drive down soi motorbike and you'll see all the ladybar bars open and people drinking from cups.
