Another day another school bus crash in Thailand. What sort of additional training do these people have to carry passengers let alone children?

I will never let my children go anywhere in a mini bus , the standard of driving is so bad , partly because their bs excuses work , why don’t these drivers need a psv license to drive the children about? Don’t tell me it is seating capacity because they are crammed in them with at least 2 to a seat , let’s not forget about the toddlers being locked in and die due to negligence,  always in a hurry to get nowhere
